Where have I been?

Around, but obviously, not here.

Errands, and cleaning, and really no one wants to know about how I’m super stoked I got the fridge cleaned out last week. (I did and am so happy about it)

So yeah.

As you can probably see I’m not that much of a writer, more of an un-organized rambler. I’ve never really been a writer, never kept a journal or diary, etc. Which is probably a reason that I can’t keep up with the blog on a regular basis. I’ve decided that I need to do a semi-weekly post like a Wordless Wednesday or a Flash Friday or a oh I don’t know.  I got the idea from two great Mom Bloggers Mrs. C at Never a Dull Moment   and Mrs G at The Next Chapter…  both close friends, awesome women, and great Moms. So hopefully I can keep a better track on my blog. It is a great release to sit down and have a conversation about what ever you want to have one about (<– does that make sense?)   Anyway.

Apparently this is Blog Month, Mrs G is doing a blog a day for the entire month! Good for her, but I know right now I am not that dedicated! Some day, maybe…   So what’s going on in the business world.

Delmar Farmers Market!!!

Saturdays until 18th of December 9-1 in the middle school cafeteria in Delmar.  Oh my goodness- what a great market!  Lots of farmers out with the last bits of produce from the summer. Fresh meat, and eggs and a Fish Mongerer!  Freddy’s Rocking Humus (best humus around), Peruvian Delights (check out the empanadas), The Herb Guy (sorry I can’t remember his name) he makes an AWESOME coconut tea.  I’ll be there with AAC through the winter. So come out and see me!

So I think that’s about it for all the exciting things going on.  I’ll (try to) be more diligent on the posting front.

till later

Happy Easter!

Well the rolls are baked. ( I have yet to master yeast dough)  The brownies are baked.  The potatoes are peeled,  the broccoli is thawed. The Bunny just hopped through the house.  Our friend Kelly picked up her Easter  order at 11:30pm.  Dishes are almost done, and I get a few hours to sleep.  Good enough for me. Happy Easter Everyone!

When your not sure what to do, God kicks your ass down the right path.

Thanks goes out to the big guy.  I know he has led me down this path and hopefully I chose wisely.  No poor Indiana Jones references here. I had a meeting this week with what should be a great place to bake out of. I don’t want to mention names till I know for sure. It involves production for them as I do production for myself.  This could work. Besides, it’s a real kitchen.

Business is picking up!  Word is spreading and orders are coming in. It’s AWESOME!!!  I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support that I’ve gotten.  I keep thinking of things I want to make to add to the Menu. The half moons are delish and the brownies! OH the brownies!  I love that everyone is ordering them and it always seems that there is one left after I do the order.  It’s dessert for DH and I. I’m only sort of complaining.   I think tomorrow is going to be Cinnamon Raisin Swirl bread.  Perfect for breakfast toasted with a little butter.  I’ll work the recipie, and let you all know when it makes it to the menu.

It’s getting late, and it’s rained again. We got a quick thunder shower this evening. So there is nothing in the garden yet. I have some lovely plants that need to go in. Yet they sit in they’re dirt waiting ever so patiently.  Well Top Gear is on, so off to watch crazy brits driving across the English channel.

No they are not black and whites. They are Halfmoons! Get it right. If your from CNY, you know what I’m talking about.
